This class combines cardio, Pilates, and fitness, and uses Ripstix to keep the rhythm of the music while performing movements such as squats, lunges, and more. Feel like a rock star as you train to the beat and the clacking of the sticks. Sculpt and tone your muscles with this dynamic workout that stands out thanks to its artistic and unique approach! Participants are encouraged to bring their own Pound Fitness sticks, as we have a limited number available on site (first come, first served).
