In a medical emergency, every second counts. To help first responders act quickly and effectively, the City of Dieppe, in partnership with the Age-Friendly Community Advisory Committee, is launching the Frigo Med initiative. Through this program, residents aged 50 and over can receive a free Frigo Med kit to keep essential medical information readily accessible at home.

As part of Volunteer Week, the City of Dieppe hosted its traditional Les Chalins Gala on Thursday evening to celebrate the invaluable contributions of individuals who, through their dedication, help make Dieppe a dynamic, welcoming, and supportive community.

Lors de la réunion publique des comités permanents et externes tenue le 20 janvier dernier, le service de l’environnement a présenté un bilan positif des résultats.
Dieppe City Council adopted its $101.3-million operating budgets for 2025 at its public meeting on November 25. Of that amount, $85.3 million will go to the general operating budget and $16.0 million to the water and sewer budget.
The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents that a water main break occurred on Dover Road and Amirault Street and crews are currently on site repairing the water main in question.
Dieppe is proud to announce the launch of its very own municipal emergency alert system. Whether it’s for a water main break leading to a boil-water advisory, an evacuation, a serious weather event, a road closure due to flooding or some other issue, the system aims to keep residents informed and up to date.
The City of Dieppe, in cooperation with Les Ami.e.s de la nature du sud-est du N.-B., has created a milkweed garden to provide a feeding and breeding ground for the monarch butterfly. At the caterpillar stage, the monarch feeds exclusively on milkweed, a native perennial plant.
With the help of experts in the field, the City developed its very first Housing Strategy. The strategy identifies specific actions the City can take to address its housing challenges. It focuses on a manageable number of measures that can have a significant impact in relation to the resources they require, taking into account the responsibilities and limitations of municipal governments.
