Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Local Governance Act, the Dieppe City Council intends to proceed with the adoption of the following bylaw by reading a summary and the third reading of said bylaw at the City Council public meeting scheduled for Monday, December 15^th, 2025 at 7 p.m.

Please be advised that there will be a regular Council meeting on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 7 p.m.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Bylaw Z-9 (2017-12) entitled A Bylaw to Amend a Bylaw Relating to the City of Dieppe Municipal Development Plan was adopted by the Dieppe City Council on September 22, 2025, approved by the Minister of Local Government and Governance Reform of New Brunswick on October 14, 2025, and filed in the Westmorland County Registry Office on October 22, 2025 as number 46590619.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend the Municipal Development Plan Bylaw Z-9 (2017) and Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021).

The proposed amendments as set out in Bylaw Z-9 (2017-13) and Bylaw Z-10 (2021-15) are intended to amend the text of Bylaw Z-9 (2017) relating to the Municipal Development Plan and of Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021) respectively in order to allow and regulate up to three accessory dwelling units to single-unit dwellings in R1 and R2 zones.
