PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Bylaw Z-9 (2017-13) entitled A Bylaw to Amend a Bylaw Relating to the City of Dieppe Municipal Development Plan was adopted by the Dieppe City Council on December 15, 2025, approved by the Minister of Local Government and Governance Reform of New Brunswick on December 19, 2025, and filed in the Westmorland County Registry Office on January 15, 2026 as number 46854403.

Due to the inclement weather, the February 23, 2026, Council meeting was cancelled. The summary and third readings of the following bylaw has therefore been postponed to Monday, March 9, 2026.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend the Zoning By-Law Z-10 (2021).
