PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend Bylaw Z-9 (2017) relating to the City of Dieppe Municipal Development Plan.
The proposed amendments as set out in Bylaw Z-9 (2017-13) are intended to amend the text of Bylaw Z-9 (2017) relating to the Municipal Development Plan in order to allow and regulate up to three accessory dwelling units to single-unit dwellings in R1 and R2 zones.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend the Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021).
The purpose of the proposed amendments, as outlined in Bylaw Z-10 (2021-14), is to modify the Zoning Map from CM zone (Commercial Mixed) to R4 zone (Residential High Density Mixed) for a portion of the lands located on Murray Avenue and identified under PIDs 70714316, 70714324 and 70718044, as shown on Schedule A-10 attached hereto, and from R2 zone (Residential Two-Unit Dwelling) to RA zone (Rural).

The City of Dieppe is filled with pride and gratitude following the emotional conclusion of the 44th Finals of the Jeux de l’Acadie, held earlier this afternoon.
Over six days, the star of l’Acadie shone brightly, powered by the contagious energy of more than 1,200 young athletes from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and France.
