The purpose of the proposed amendment, as outlined in Bylaw Z-9 (2017-11), is to modify the Generalized Land Use Map from “Residential” to “Downtown”for the land located on Normandie Street and identified under PID 00673160, as shown on Schedule A-1-12 attached hereto, to allow for the development of a residential and commercial project at the.
