Budgets and Finance
The City’s mission is to provide quality services to residents while ensuring responsible decision-making for the benefit of all. Municipal revenues come mainly from property, water and sewer taxes. You can also view our financial reports and the details of the 2025 budget.
Each fall, the municipal government submits a draft budget to Council. Each department presents its activities and initiatives for the upcoming year, based on Council’s priorities as set out in the Strategic Plan.
Council then holds budget deliberations in October and November, with the final version of the budget being adopted in November.
